I ordered the first one for my grandson 2nd Birthday and he loved it!So for Christmas I ordered 2 more to keep here at nana and pop pops for the rest of the grandkids(we have 7) to enjoy when visiting. Unfortunately ,one of the two carts arrived damaged as we discovered upon opening,when two of our grandsons visited to open presents in January. The wheel on bottmom was bent causing the cart to rock, like a table with one short leg.This cart would rock and jerk with each movement, cmaking it impossible to control and maneuver for a small child.We have begun the replacement process with ONEBIGOUTLET.We assumed this would be a simple swap of product with a undamaged functioning replacement, but they have requested pictures of damage.I was unable to find anywhere in our message board to upload pics,so I am waiting for answer to my response of how to load pics.It seemed like a great time to begin part one of my REVIEW and upload pics as well!As you can see it is difficult to capture the bent shift on wheel,but notice the DIFFERENCE in distance from wheel to base as I rotate wheel to both sides.Third pic shows possible rough handling during shipping ,affecting foam surround,which is my theory on when damage occurred.I will continue my review and notify readers of the outcome of replacement process as it unfolds!
