I like that the app is completely customizable to your needs. It's very easy to use, once you set up an account with them (which isn't difficult at all) they have made creating forms extremely simple too! There are so many features within this platform - I haven't even started using everything yet! The only downside right now would be that some of their older products still don't support mobile apps for certain platforms. We've been able to build custom webforms which can then easily be deployed across multiple channels including email marketing campaigns. This has enabled us to reach customers in ways we couldn't before due to poor customer service or lack of resources available internally.
