I highly recommend buying these if you are studying at Zoom University, staring at a computer screen all day, reading on any electronic device for entertainment, etc. I have them Bought because I thought you would be very helpful when grad school starts. Bottom line: I can tell the difference when I've used them and when I'm out of the way. My eyes feel a lot better wearing them to class and reading online. Also, they are very cute and stylish. My only reservation about this particular frame is that it's a little big for my face (I have a round face), but other than that I like them and still use them for practice. (:
