I love this bath and body brush.

I love this brush. Its bristles have the perfect degree of stiffness, enough to exfoliate well without irritating or scratching the skin. I bought them to avoid plastic and because another brush I recently bought was too soft. Great for reaching back areas and I use it about every other day. The skin is the body's largest organ and we need to take care of it! :)

Pros

PROMOTES LYMPH DRAINAGE. Regular dry brushing can help stimulate the lymphatic system, speeding up the skin's natural detoxification process and removing build-up of impurities in the skin.
