very helpful. My left ankle is weak (too old and too fat) and my foot tried to turn sideways and hurt after long walks. Things aren't perfect with this support, but they're a lot better. I gave 4 stars because: 1. It took me a while to figure out how to put it on. It's also difficult to get on and off - I keep slipping off the chair and the leg gets in the way. Everything is solvable.2. This only works with my tennis shoes because they add too much weight to my foot to fit in my walking shoes or dress shoes. That's mostly fine as I can use my tennis shoes for long walks, although I wish my walking shoes were different.
