I had a very old ankle brace with this design that is no longer available. I've been looking for an analog for a long time. The kind that has a second loop around the ankle just doesn't work for me - too tight! They are perfect - and very comfortable and very supportive. I plan to buy another pair to keep in the car if I need them unexpectedly. Many Thanks.

I bought this a year ago when I had a very bad ankle sprain. It offers much more support than a premium bandage and is much easier to remove or adjust. Good to have on hand just in case. I also take it with me on hikes/tourism. I've even used it to wrap my knee in a pinch (although it's definitely not designed for that). I gave one to my brother when he sprained his ankle. He's a lot taller than me and it fit and worked well for him too.

This is very useful if you don't wear it for too long. I can't use it for serious physical activity like playing tennis as the edge starts to dig into the skin after a few minutes. I was able to wear it with my wife for an hour while shopping but my bow was starting to hurt a little. Wearing a brace around the house is actually perfect for this as it minimizes ankle movement and the compression in turn promotes blood flow as long as you don't wear them for too long.

They offer good support and stability. About 6 months ago I had a severe ankle sprain with constant pain and discomfort in my ankle. I've tried other ankle braces and didn't have high hopes for this one as the others didn't provide the support I needed. I'm glad I was wrong. I had high hopes for this product as I thought it would be easier to put on and take off a sprained ankle than a compression bandage. The product itself appears to be high quality and well made, but "one size fits all" doesn't fit my small foot. (I wear a size 5.) I spent 20 minutes trying different wraps, but couldn't get rid of the extra arch of the foot strap, which had 2 inches more material. very helpful. My left ankle is weak (too old and too fat) and my foot tried to turn sideways and hurt after long walks. Things aren't perfect with this support, but they're a lot better. I gave 4 stars because: 1. It took me a while to figure out how to put it on. It's also difficult to get on and off - I keep slipping off the chair and the leg gets in the way. I had ankle problems and my podiatrist gave me a brace that prevented me from wearing shoes. I needed something I could at least use in my sneakers so I found this item at Revain. I love how it controls the movement of my ankle while walking. And you can customize these curly braces as you like. Sometimes the brace needs to be tight and sometimes not so tight. Anyway, it works fine for me. And I can wear shoes when I go out! It's worth a try. And the price is amazing for a pair of ankle braces!
