Superior to other vests

This weighted vest is far better than others I have that use plastic filled with sand or metal. Simply sliding metal bars in is way easier. It also adjusts well so it doesn't flop around like other poorly constructed vests. The downside is that it only allows for 22 lbs to be added, making it limited for stronger folks. Still, it's a good boost for pullups, hangboard training, etc.

Pros
  • Adjustable & comfortable Weight Vests for training includes 22-pounds max weight with higher cost performance.
Cons
  • It may not fit properly, making it difficult to secure and adjust

Decent Vest But Not Always Practical

To be fair, the instructions weren't in English, so I might not be using this right. The weights and vest are in separate containers. You must manually load all the weights one bar, one pound at a time. It took about half an hour to load it up. Usually, the weights are in five or ten-pound increments. I'm glad it has precise control, but gosh is it a pain when you have to wash it. Maybe it's not designed to be cleaned, but I couldn't determine the instructions. For body weight exercises, adding a

Pros
  • Compared with other weights of the same weight, our electroplated steel sheet weights are thin, so it is not easy to detect when wearing a thin sweater or a thin jacket.
Cons
  • It may be too bulky and uncomfortable to wear for long periods

This vest exceeded my expectations by a mile. It is surprising comfortable, even when loaded up with the weight bars. I don't necessarily recommend running in it, as I felt some level of abuse to my body and the added stress on the joints. However, it does not bounce around because it fits snuggly and tight against my body. My only annoyance is that some of the slots are a challenge to insert and remove, based on the way the enclosure works. I love putting this on and going rucking.I can almost

Pros
  • Durable, thinnest and best weighted Vest made from Cardura sleek Black fabric with performance stretch, strong zipper. A total of 42 anti-skid design pockets, you can adjust the number of steel plates according to your needs.
Cons
  • It may restrict movement and range of motion during exercise

DID NOT COME WITH THE WEIGHTS!

Was so excited to receive this 20lbs weight vest today, I saw amazing reviews about it. I got the box, felt very off because the Ebay box didn't feel like 20lbs, come to find out they only sent me the vest with NO weights!I will have to say I did examine the vest, it feels amazing, very nice when wearing it and fits the body well. The material feels top of the line and very sturdy. To bad it didn't come with the weights because it feels like an amazing weight vest. I'm very hesitant to order the…

Pros
  • The vest fits snugly, preventing any bouncing or movement during exercise.
Cons
  • The vest may be too tight or too loose, making it uncomfortable to wear

Comfortable adjustable weight vest, slim fitting

Thanks to knee issues my running days are over. I can still use this weighted vest to help with my strength training, light work out sessions, walking, hiking and even when doing yard work. I can really work up a sweat.I also like that the weight distribution is even front to back Vs wearing a heavy backpack. (although can still add one for even more dead weight to carry up the hill)When this vest arrived the weights has worked loose & were all over the box. The vest is kind of a neoprene…

Pros
  • Compact design makes it easy to store when not in use.
Cons
  • The weight pockets may not be sewn securely, causing weights to fall out during use

Not satisfied with this one

On Ebay is advertised as Cordura fabric but I could not find the label on the vest indicating this. Cordura is a TM and an excellent and durable fabric, this is a cheap fabric. No manual or instructions or suggest about how to distribute the weight bars. The website does not exist so you cannot download a manual or brochure. Includes 42 bars and each bar weights 7.55oz. So my vest is 20 lbs total. Do not worth the price.

Pros
  • Available in a variety of weight options to cater to different fitness levels.
Cons
  • The vest may not be adjustable enough to fit users of different sizes

Not good quality for my opinion

Bought this vest as a gift for a friend. After less than 2 weeks of use, it started tearing at the bottom seams of the vest and the weights are falling out. The metal weights have sharp edges that tear through the fabric. There was no way to replace this item because it was on sale for Christmas, so we've had to return it instead. I won't be buying this item again because the price has raised nearly $30 more. There was no way to contact the seller either.

Pros
  • Strength Training Equipment
Cons
  • The straps may rub against the skin, causing irritation

Cushioned vest has 42 sleeves, 20 on front and 22 in the back to accommodate 1lb metal plates. The vest lays over your front chest and back and you set the right size with the two Velcro straps, one on top and one on bottom. Zipper up like a jacket and make even a tighter snug fit with Velcro straps. Once u set the right fit u can leave Velcro alone and just use zipper to take on and off. Package only comes with 22lbs, which you can evenly distribute throughout the 42 slots. Manufactorer states

Pros
  • Sports & Outdoors
Cons
  • The weights may shift or move around while exercising, causing an imbalance

Masterfully Crafted

63 pockets, 51 plates. There aren't any instructions on where to place them, so I left all the outermost pockets empty. And what do you know, there are exactly enough plates to do just that and have it all evenly spread. Plus, that helps with wrapping around smaller frames. I'm 6'0 and 190lbs. This fits perfectly. It hangs below my waistline by about half an inch, but that's no issue. I really like the feel of this vest. It's thin, and it feels sturdy as hell. And when I say thin, I mean like…

Pros
  • Allows for a greater range of motion during workouts.
Cons
  • It may not provide the desired amount of resistance for some users

This vest is a BEAST! (and soon I will be too!)

I was skeptical when this first arrived because all of the steel bars were in the bottom of the box and holding them all at once was ridiculously heavy. But once you get the bars distributed in the vest the way that you like, it is awesome. It is great if you want to build endurance while keeping your hands free from carrying weights. The construction is durable and the material feels nice. LET"S GO!

Pros
  • Advanced design based on combining cardio and weight training, burn more calories such as lunges, squats, and walking.
Cons
  • It may not be durable enough for frequent use and may wear out quickly

Great Vest: my feedback

I walk 5 - 6 miles every morning using wrist weights. I was still needing something to increase my heart rate. This vest fills the bill nicely. It adds another level to my routine. I'm 73 years old with a weak back and bad knees. Had to stop bike riding because of repetitive stress injury. Doc suggested walking and hitting a heavy bag. He also suggested a weight vest to push my cardio. Working out well for me. I find wearing a light wicking shirt under the vest eliminates skin irritation and…

Pros
  • Nice vest.
Cons
  • Too small and material falls apart very easy. I wished it was better product and in bigger sizes.

Very comfortable to wear.

I like that the weights are evenly distributed though out the vest and are only 1/4" thick. I wear it all day under sweat shirt and can't even tell I'm wearing it. Only thing I would say is it could be to long from shoulder to waist for some people. I'm 5'11" and I would not want it to be any longer or would probably not be able to sit down. 21" from shoulders to bottom of vest. If I had the money I would buy a second one to wear over top of the first one. Has two velcro straps on each side on…

Pros
  • Para aser ejercicio muy bueno y cómodo
Cons
  • The stitching started to fall apart after one or two wearings.

Solid weighted vest!

This vest is the real deal. The vest have more than enough weight for running and even body weight exercises (pull / chin ups, dips, push ups) and if padded to prevent discomfort. The looked like it was dragged all the way from the warehouse and then kicked for hrs past 100 yards but the contents were fine. It’s a vest with metal plates . They can be distributed to your liking but a balanced setup is ideal. They are easy to slide in, some have some burring and could have been filed to make it…

Pros
  • Suitable for use both indoors and outdoors.
Cons
  • The vest may be too short or too long for some users, causing discomfort

Pretty interesting in my review

I used it to do exercise I do recommend it but the bad thing was that after 6 months my item ripped and sadly it doesn't work but it's really usefu.

Pros
  • The Portzon Adjustable Weighted Vest is perfect for targeting specific muscle groups during workouts.
Cons
  • It may not be suitable for those with shoulder or back injuries

My Favorite Weighted Vest

I’ve used a weighted vest for a couple of years and it’s provided a huge benefit to my workouts. You can use it during running, interval training, or even lifting. I use it mostly during interval training, finding that it supercharges the workouts, especially push-ups and pull-ups. I personally don’t run with it on due to possible joint issues, but many people do.This is my third weighted vest in 3 years and it’s definitely my favorite for a couple of reasons. First, the weight comes from steel

Pros
  • Ergonomic design ensures maximum comfort during use.
Cons
  • The weights may be difficult to insert and remove from the pockets

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Comfortable but not durable

Comfortable, easy to get on, but I have had two weight pockets rip and the metal bars slide through, this happened in the first two weeks of owning

Pros
  • Weights & Accessories
Cons
  • The weight pockets may not be large enough to fit larger weights

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Adjustable and fairly comfortable

Has a wide range for size adjustment. I like the fit, but it's not as soft on the inside as I would have liked. The only other issue, is that the weights are hard to put in the pockets

Pros
  • Exercise & Fitness
Cons
  • The vest may be too hot and uncomfortable to wear during intense workouts

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Strong and solid in my review

Solid material, weights are also solid metal. A little hard to put the weights in but if you’re only doing it once its not a big deal.

Pros
  • Designed with widening shoulder, We choose PVE elastic rubber, double-layer nylon mesh material, four-layer thick fabric and double stitch technology, which can withstand a variety of different exercises and has high durability.
Cons
  • The vest may be too heavy for some users, limiting the amount of weight they can add

Good weight vest, but way over priced!

This is a great weight vest. This is only the 2nd vest I've ever used. I have a Gold's Gym weight vest that is similar to this one but it uses small sand bags instead of the bars that this vest has.Comparing this vest to my old one it has a much better fit then my old one. This one is more adjustable then the golds gym one. I tightened the straps as tight as they would go on my golds gym vest and the thing still way to loose and sags when doing push ups with it. But on this Portzon vest it can…

Pros
  • Enhances functional fitness and improves overall strength.
Cons
  • The vest may trap heat, causing excessive sweating and discomfort

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Weak Zipper, good comfort

It works well but the Zipper broke after 2 months of use, be prepared to replace. For the cost of the item, the durability should be much better.

Pros
  • Weight Vests
Cons
  • The design may be too masculine, limiting the appeal to female users
