Decent Vest But Not Always Practical

To be fair, the instructions weren't in English, so I might not be using this right.The weights and vest are in separate containers. You must manually load all the weights one bar, one pound at a time. It took about half an hour to load it up. Usually, the weights are in five or ten-pound increments. I'm glad it has precise control, but gosh is it a pain when you have to wash it. Maybe it's not designed to be cleaned, but I couldn't determine the instructions.For body weight exercises, adding a little weight increased resistance, which I loved.

Pros

Compared with other weights of the same weight, our electroplated steel sheet weights are thin, so it is not easy to detect when wearing a thin sweater or a thin jacket.

Cons

It may be too bulky and uncomfortable to wear for long periods
