It was a nice try. - my new review

It's comfortable, fits well and is adjustable for a lot of different body sizes and types. Easy to work out in and once you've got it strapped on tight, you don't even feel the weight. However. It's just not practical at all. You're working out with extra weight strapped on, and wearing a thick neoprene vest to boot. I don't care who you are or if you're working out in a freezer you're going to sweat like you've never sweat before. And then what? You can't machine wash it. Not until you pull out…

Pros
  • Suitable for both beginners and experienced athletes.
Cons
  • It may not provide enough resistance for advanced users looking for a heavier weight vest

A bit rough in the box but turned out well-made

Usually I would write this review as a list of pros and cons, but what might be a con to me could be no big deal to someone else, so instead I'll just give bullet point facts and let you determine their importance to your purchasing decision. Allow me to note that I've been a personal trainer for over 20 years, so I've seen and used A LOT of gym equipment.• Arrived inside another Ebay box, which was good bc the original box was a bit beaten up with tape holding it's sides together.• The vest…

Pros
  • Allows for an increased calorie burn and fat loss.
Cons
  • The weight pockets may be too small to fit standard weight plates

weights fall out for my opinion

I got this to review and at first I thought I would love it, but I found that the weights in it constantly fell out, became more of a pain to use than anything. I would not recommend.

Pros
  • Adjustable straps ensure the vest is secure and in place during exercise.
Cons
  • The weight pockets may be difficult to access during workout, slowing down exercise routines

Not the item described or pictured!

The description and pictures sound good, but that is not what ships. I gave them the benefit of the doubt figuring the Christmas rush caused a mistake. Two orders later I must conclude this is a scam. The vest that ships does come with separate individual weights but the vest is not zippered in front and will not fit anyone above a medium to large. The velcro straps are too short to tie and impossible to try and secure without help of another person.

Pros
  • Highly recommended by personal trainers and fitness experts alike
Cons
  • The vest may not be versatile enough to use for a variety of exercises and workout routines

Metal weights will last forever

This fits well, especially around the shoulders, but I wasn’t thrilled with the back of the neck area. For some reason it rubs so I have to wear a t shirt with a higher neck with it. Other than that it is comfortable to wear and I like how well it secures. It stays shut whether walking or running. It’s a really strong design and the metal weights are going to last forever. If you get dog hair or dust on it you can wipe with a damp cloth or use a handheld vacuum. This is a really good way to…

Pros
  • The Portzon Adjustable Weighted Vest is affordable, making it a valuable investment for any fitness enthusiast.
Cons
  • The weight may cause back pain and discomfort, particularly during prolonged use

Husband loves - my new review

Husband wears to the gym. Pricing seemed pretty reasonable when we were comparing. He likes that the weight can be changed depending on what he is doing.

Pros
  • The vest is perfect for those who want to work their upper body, but don't have access to gym equipment.
Cons
  • The vest may bounce or jostle during exercise, causing discomfort and distraction

100 dollar waste. Zipper broke on first work out.

The zipper broke on the first use. The threads ripped and weights fall out. I'm trying to repair it at the tailor. You cant return it. Trying to stay in shape during pandemic. Couldn't afford to waste 100 dollars

Pros
  • Suitable for both men and women.
Cons
  • It may be difficult to put on and take off, especially for those with limited mobility
