Metal weights will last forever

This fits well, especially around the shoulders, but I wasn’t thrilled with the back of the neck area. For some reason it rubs so I have to wear a t shirt with a higher neck with it. Other than that it is comfortable to wear and I like how well it secures. It stays shut whether walking or running. It’s a really strong design and the metal weights are going to last forever. If you get dog hair or dust on it you can wipe with a damp cloth or use a handheld vacuum. This is a really good way to work up to weight training and weight loss slowly and smoothly. I would refrain from using too much weight too quickly.
