Good support and stability
They offer good support and stability. About 6 months ago I had a severe ankle sprain with constant pain and discomfort in my ankle. I've tried other ankle braces and didn't have high hopes for this one as the others didn't provide the support I needed. I'm glad I was wrong. There was instant relief, support and stability and this continues every time I wear it. I wear them all day, they don't add bulk, they can be worn with most types of shoes and you can adjust the pressure on them. Good product!
