I had ankle problems and my podiatrist gave me a brace that prevented me from wearing shoes. I needed something I could at least use in my sneakers so I found this item at Revain. I love how it controls the movement of my ankle while walking. And you can customize these curly braces as you like. Sometimes the brace needs to be tight and sometimes not so tight. Anyway, it works fine for me. And I can wear shoes when I go out! It's worth a try. And the price is amazing for a pair of ankle braces! And really, you could probably use them for more than just the ankle, I just haven't had a chance to try!
