Now my favorite Merino wool socks! Beats Darn Tough Smartwool Other

I'm trying to figure out how to start this review without making horrible jokes about these things that blow my mind. lol! I have a drawer full of expensive merino wool socks that I love. I've been wearing Cloudline socks for years, and recently I've added Darn Tough and Smartwool socks to the mix. They are all great and have their pros and cons. These latest socks from Minus33 are definitely my new favourites! I love that these socks are so soft and go over the calves. It was a COLD December in Ohio and my feet felt it! But the last few times I've worn these socks, I've actually gotten a lot warmer. It's funny that Minus33 describes them as "lightweight" (which is actually their thickest type of sock). I mean, of course they're not difficult. But they are relatively thick and well filled. Don't let the word "simple" fool you. These are the perfect winter socks. I've also noticed that all my merino wool socks pick up a lot of dog hair as I walk around the house. (I have two dogs, and dog hair is inevitable.) My wool socks, no matter what brand, have always had dog hair accumulated on them, but these socks don't seem to be a problem. I read the product description and it says how they were woven so you get more merino wool on the inside of the sock that touches your skin and more nylon on the outside for durability. Whatever it is, I think it helps protect those socks from dog hair! Overall I love these socks and definitely plan on buying more.
