After one use, the plastic cover on the outside of the cable was broken in many places. The leash itself held up well but I sent it back because it had deteriorated so much in just one day. I was also with my dog the whole time so I can confirm the damage is not due to him chewing on it or anything like that. I also laugh at the fact that this claims it doesn't tangle - I spent half a day untangling knots the whole time. about when my dog was running around.
