Unfortunately I had to send this pad back. I really like the design of the two straps holding the phone. I particularly like that the thin case (I use the iPhone 11 Spigen) doesn't need to be removed to secure the phone. The problem is that the bandage material is not flexible at all. When you strap the strap to your shoulder, you'll immediately realize that this is going to be a problem: as you bend your arm with each step, the material of the strap doesn't flex at all, causing a very tight compression under the strap, as runners will understand that swinging your arms while running causes discomfort from start to finish. Too bad because the rest of the design is pretty neat.
