The ease of use, ability to quickly access our customer-facing database with little or no training is fantastic! It's also really great that they customize their software for us so we don't have to worry about "code". I wish there was more customization in terms of being able to add new fields. But really everything works well enough as it is now. We've used this program since 2015 when we were using an older version of another vendor/product, but haven't had many issues at all here. The only real issue we've ever encountered has been that sometimes if one person updates something via Excel (which is not saved), then someone else who opens it up doesn't see the changes made by others until after hitting save again - which can be rather frustrating. However, other than that, we're very happy customers. Our customers appreciate having quick access to information through this.
