The tastiest product!

LOVE IT! If you consider the ingredients, taste and freshness. This is the tastiest whey protein powder! I love vanilla because not only is it so versatile for baking, but it's also great for low-carb treats and "milkshakes". For a change I use a banana flavor as well as chocolate (added with chocolate almond milk and raw egg, it tastes LIKE Wendy's milkshake! Yummy. Not very low carb but good for an occasional treat!) Back to vanilla; I have two recipes I want to share. Easy to eat. a raw egg (from a local free-range source), a scoop of Mercola vanilla (yes, that's all I ever need), and 2C sweetened coconut or almond coconut (a silk brand). Pour into a shaker or blender and hooray! More complex recipe. 1/2 banana and a few blueberries or strawberries 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (not artificial) 3 teaspoons unsweetened coconut flakes 1 scoop Mercola vanilla or omit the banana and use banana whey 3 cups sweetened coconut milk. 1 raw egg, ice mixture if needed. Personal note: I add a raw egg for flavor and health benefits. If you have a different opinion on eggs, don't comment. My family has been making this for 10 years in 2 different places, both farm and store bought free range eggs. You're more likely to get a tick or big city pollution problem than an egg problem. The taste with egg is similar to raw cake batter. I haven't even seen an independent study that tested ONLY eggs, so raising cholesterol is a myth in my opinion. But to each his own. If you want to try, enjoy if you don't miss the egg. You can't go wrong with Mercola Vanilla if you want to get the best flavor and taste. It's a bit pricey but worth it and depending on your needs you can use one scoop instead of two like I did.
