Review on Romwe Womens Velvet Button Flared by Ashley Gonzalez

My waist is about 45 inches, the skirt I bought was extra large or 1X which is advertised as 35.8 inches. Well it's a bit comfortable for me and I could probably increase it to 2x, it's still only advertised as 38.2 inches in the waist. The 1X fits me, it's just a bit tight, I'm just really confused because on the ROMWE website you often see positive reviews from people saying their waist is bigger than even the 4X. That being said, even if you have a large waist I would give it a try because the difference between my waist and the advertised size of the skirt I bought is almost 10 inches and it fits.
