Review on Optimized Paw Patrol 2nd Birthday Shirt featuring Rubble's Digging Adventure by Ken Cudal

I bought this for my son's 2nd birthday party and the reviews said it was a small device so it works for me as my son is small but I can definitely say it's not a 2t. I'm giving it a 3 because it works for what I need, but I don't know why it smells absolutely horrible like real trash every time I order a shirt on ebay. The debris is printed more orange than its true color and the material is very thin for $17. Honestly go to Walmart, the clothes don't stink, they are thick cotton and true to size for literally 1/3 the price, around $5-$7.
