We live in our tiny home with aging dogs, kittens and visiting grandchildren, so a full size washer and dryer is a must. They're stacked at one end of the kitchen, and the kitchen counter makes great storage space, but for years hanging clothes has been a little tricky. This little device is so simple. It does exactly what we want, holding clothes on hangers when we take them out of the dryer. It folds straight up and out of the way when not in use. It's a lot stronger than I expected after reading some of the reviews. We screwed it to the wall stud so if it falls off the wall it won't be a problem. Every centimeter counts in a small space. This little device makes good use of the two inches it occupies and can hold over a dozen clothes, allowing us to wash a few loads before carrying the clothes upstairs to the closet.
