After a year of use in the office, the seat tilts back and forth and no longer works as intended

This chair was initially great for its purpose. I didn't like the flat seat at first as it's not ergonomic, but after a few weeks I liked it. But in fast forward it's been a year since my original purchase and as of today the seat ripped. He no longer sits up straight when sitting on a pillow, he either leans forward heavily or tilts me slightly backwards, forcing my body to adjust with a force in the waist that makes my hips or lower back shift at any moment could. This chair was not worth buying as I expected to enjoy it for over a year. I'm writing this review a year later because of this unexpected chair wobble that happened today just sitting in the chair while I was at work. Disappointed to say the least. Sorry I couldn't be more positive in this review.
