Harness made of heavy material but horrible
I bought this because my dog's length from neck to tail is 30 inches. I also wanted reflective material. The material is heavy and there is a hole for a leash at the top. I don't like the following: 1. The belt is a loop and the end is larger than the hole. I have to play with it to get it through the hole.2. The belt is very narrow.3. Elastic bands for the legs are problematic for me to put on a dog. The elastic is very thin so it won't last long. I think I'll return it and get a better one.
