Why give 3 stars when I sent it back? Because the customer service has been outstanding and worked with me for a long time. The lightbulbs were changed once free of charge, then the money was refunded. The tubes were just the right color and brightness, and dimmed fairly well (still with some flickering at very low power levels, but I very rarely dimmed them). tiny circuit built into the white part of the bulb that converts the incoming power to the correct voltage/current for the LED bulb itself) to die in some scenarios like mine. I suspect these bulbs will work fine for a lot of people, but I have INSTEON switches and the LED drivers in these bulbs didn't like these switches and died after about 6 months.
