Finally! A USB 3 hub that not only has a cable long enough to extend from my rear USB port, it actually works! I've had others that either have a very short cable or don't work at USB 3 speed or at all. This is the first that has not disappointed me. I tested it by running a benchmark test on a USB 3 flash drive both in a hub and plugged directly into the computer's USB 3 port. There was no drop in performance when using the HUB. If I ever need another USB 3 hub I will buy another one of these.
