I originally ordered this lamp but had some issues with my packaging so I decided to buy it elsewhere. I see a lot of negative comments when I look at the reviews. The negative comments seem to come from people who don't know how to work with the app or the lamp itself and just don't understand the technology, don't want to criticize it. It's a pretty basic lamp and it works pretty well, and the app is pretty easy to navigate and use. Not to mention that it has two power outlets and 3 USB ports that charge fairly quickly. I have a feeling this was a serious purchase.
