I'm sorry about the performance of this bag. My son needs a clear backpack for school. Necessary. You get a cheap clear drawstring pouch that will last for several weeks. I ordered this to be done after the freeman from school died. The school's free package lasted 4 weeks. This one made it almost 2 weeks before the zipper failed with normal use. The plastic held up great for 2 weeks but the zipper didn't open and close for long as only a Microsoft skin and a paper folder for school days were only in there for 2 weeks. Pooh. can i return it
