Not for me. I have long, fine hair that's been thinning on top for years. It's not terrible, but you can see enough of my scalp that I'm uncomfortable. I know people who've had luck with these toppers and, based on one of the video reviews, I decided to give it a try. I bought the 18" wavy medium ash brown. Color wise it's a good match. Looking at it on my head from the back, it's actually pretty good. But the top/part and bangs look fake. I played with it a bit and maybe with some thinning out it would look better, but I'm not sure. Also, it's very heavy. I realize longer = more hair = more weight but this is heavy to the extent that it shifts on my head, even fastened tightly with the clips. I would never feel comfortable wearing it in public for fear it would become an embarrassing mess. Pass.
