I bought size 6-7 for my 4 year old as it is a tie that can be adjusted. I wanted her to be able to wear it for 2 years. She's a big girl for her age. She is currently wearing a size 5T. Two years ago I bought the same dress size 3T, when she was 2 years old she was able to wear it for 2 years. I am 5 feet 6 inches tall and weigh 113 pounds. I got mine 2 years ago, the size is small. The color is a little different from the person. The new one is not so white, it has a tiny shade of blue. But you don't see it in the photos, there is no lining, the fabric is quite thick.
