This watch is my fitness companion. It is accurate and combined with the app on my smartphone gives me all the information I need to reach my goals and live a healthier life. I've had it for 6 months now and I go to the gym 4 times a week. It motivates me and I like that I can load and change the image on the screen to freshen up the look from time to time. It also measures my heart rate and stress level, which allows me to take deep breaths to relieve stress. I've also used scientific measurement of sleep and it's like a mini sleep study that oddly has the same results as my cpap app. I haven't used all the features, but this watch is one of the best purchases I've ever made. If it breaks today I will definitely order more. This is what I need for my improvement.
