I used to use Crest. I'm glad I stopped using fluoridated toothpaste. Fluoride is toxic, no matter what your dentist tells you. This toothpaste doesn't give me that stinging minty feeling and I can even drink water or eat right after if I want because it doesn't leave a strong aftertaste like other toothpastes. I actually switched to the Platinum version from the same brand because it has more of a mint flavor. It also contains more baking soda for more whitening effects. This coconut is also more liquid. Platinum has a thicker texture and doesn't leave a strong aftertaste either. Both are great, but if you don't really like these, try the platinum version.
