The best part of working with Bold's was that they listened very well when I described what needed done for my website before we even got started! They took it one step further by actually doing things right instead just adding some fancy features or colors which is all too common these days. Not much as far as dislikes goes other than maybe how long this project sometimes takes but you can't always have everything perfect at once so thats ok. We're using them now since last march because their customer service had me completely confident about hiring then from day 1. Their work speaks volumes and if your looking for someone who will take charge without being pushy, get bolds creative team involved early while getting clear instructions/ideas first. Our site went live within 2 weeks (including revisions) and everyone loved our new look - especially those old-schoolers out there like myself!! And yes people are still coming back every single week.
