It was very easy to use and at first my feet smelled nice and now they are after it so smooth all my dead skin pulled off the bottom of my legs. My only warning is that by day 5 my thighs were quite stiff (obviously the skin there isn't really calloused) and after scratching them absently I had an irritated rash in and around my ankles. The rash wasn't itchy, despite what the dry skin already looked like, but it was lumpy and irritated, so be sure to moisturize and not irritate the already irritated area.
