I let it warm up for more than 10 minutes. and it still wasn't hot enough to brown the little waffles, also the top wasn't left open to pour the batter in. By the time you've made enough waffles to feed more than one person for breakfast, it's time for lunch. It is best to buy a large waffle iron with bubbles.
