We were looking for this exact item on a recent international trip where we decided to bring along a small inflatable raft for our child to use in the water. This fit the bill. Small, powerful, battery operated, rechargeable and not too expensive. I had no idea such things even existed. The jets came in handy too and this little pump blew up the raft in less than a minute! We were very impressed. It was only necessary to seal the valve from the pump well, and it blew air very quickly. One suggestion for an upgrade, maybe adding a power button lock. The pump ran out in my wife's bag while going through security at the airport. We (and airport security) couldn't figure out what the hair dryer was doing, but after a few minutes we realized that the pump had somehow worked on its own. The carrying case keeps the valve tips well together with the pump and charging cable. It doesn't come with a USB power adapter so you'll need to provide your own, but don't we all have dozens of these lying around these days? I highly recommend this if you are looking for a lightweight, portable, battery powered, rechargeable air pump.
