Only one of the guns worked, the other was hot and jammed and didn't work. Although it's beautiful.
The second connector stuck to the gun and won't come out no matter how hard I squeeze it. This caused my baby a lot of pain as her ears are very small as she is only two weeks old. It took about 5 minutes to get them out and I tried to thread the peg all the way to the earring itself. It was very uncomfortable and painful for my child. I give it 3 stars because it looks really good after we managed to put it on. Okay, that's an update: the earring fell off right away, I only have one left. So I'm pretty sure the second one was defective, but I'm still asking for a refund, no ☺.
