I love that it is intuitive to use, easy to set up, and has great reporting. The ability to add more fields, or remove fields, and the fact that reports can be exported as CSV makes this tool very flexible for our needs. Sometimes when you are in the middle of an engagement, it's hard to remember where you left off. This helps with that. It also helps with keeping track of what we've done so far. We have been able to see how much time each employee spends at work vs. at home and how much time they spend on certain activities.
