I bought this about 2 weeks ago. I am very satisfied with this product. The package was nice and easy. They delivered my package before the scheduled date. I am contacting the seller to answer some questions about registration and the response was pretty quick. The support team was very helpful and fully answered my questions. I can confidently say that this case is of very high quality. The zipper and chain are bold to prevent tearing. There are two zippers that make the job easier. The space for my laptop is well thought out and comfortable. The material looks very good and feels comfortable. Overall I think my laptop will become a comfortable place to sleep. Inside the main zipper, the material looks quite comfortable. It fits perfectly on my laptop as it also fits in my school bag. The lower part of the sleeve is more reinforced to protect against slightly bumpy situations. The second flash really gave me the ability to store my USB sticks and other cables I need. I also use this second zipper as a hotspot. The grip is very good. It's interesting because it's not like a zippered pocket because that would take up extra space, but right on the side. It is really practical and takes up little space. Overall I am very satisfied with this product.
