Just like that: Fitness Technology

Blood pressure seems inaccurate so I gave it 3 stars. I did some research and most of what I've read says that blood pressure measurement is fairly new to all watches and many of them aren't very accurate. But I wanted to track my blood pressure and sleep. I've had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep since recovering from Covid last year. I wanted a watch that tracks my sleep. Pay attention to the picture: the week of 1 September 10 to about 10 10. The white at the bottom of the lines is when I have not slept, and the top of the lines where it is darker is a deep sleep . One day I had no deep sleep at all, the next two days I was awake for an hour or more both days, and then I slept an average of about 6 hours a night. The next week I went on vacation and didn't wear a watch because of the pools and hot tubs :) and I also took some THC and melatonin nano drink mix to drink before bed. Check out the difference later this month - almost none. Wake times and sleep were more consistent and there was more sleep overall. Average 7 1/2 hours a day! It really helped me find the right balance of sleep aids to get restful, consistent sleep. I'm a cheapskate and that's the price I was willing to pay for my first watch of this kind. The steps also seem pretty accurate. In 6 months or a year I will study the clock and blood pressure more. Then I'll probably buy a new watch that has both blood pressure and sleep mode, but for now I'm fine with that.
