Cheap metal easily scratches

I bought this tray thinking it would be a good replacment for my old pizza tray that was rusting. It scratches super easily. it's holes are a real hassel to clean and the metal stains easily from the pizza sauce and can't be washed off.

The pan may not be able to accommodate thicker crusts, limiting its use
