I ordered several cases of lamb tripe because one of our dogs has a beef intolerance and I needed an alternative. We also buy reindeer tripe for our dogs. While I'm not a fan of the preservative, that amount isn't enough for me not to buy this product. Our dogs eat whole tripe once a week and I add a small amount to their food several days a week. They love it. This is a great way to hide the taste of medicine or apple cider vinegar. I quickly got used to the smell; especially after smelling the fresh green beef tripe.
