My dog loves this! best in wet

My two year old dog loves it. For me the product is expensive but I only give her a little kibble and she almost inhales food. The only bad thing is that now she won't eat her kibble unless I mix it with offal. Although my dog likes to eat. She is a mix of lab and boxer.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • A few little things

Puppy loves smelly innards!

Very nutritious and easily digestible food for all ages and breeds. New Zealand lambs are grass-fed, so dogs get all the benefits of vitamin K2 (menaquinone). Not high in protein. So if you had an older dog with kidney disease, you could feed your tripe boiled potatoes instead of KD, which contains GMO corn and sugar!

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Not the best

Previously my dog's favorite Tripett product

As a result I bought a stock of this and two other favorites for a change. It smells bad, like tripe, but not as bad as the original beef formula. It also has a sticky, coarse texture, making it suitable for mixing with granules or other foods without bending or grinding the spoon.

Pros
  • Several competitors
Cons
  • Only available in white

dogs love it! best when wet

Dogs love this stuff, we hate the smell but it's worth it for my dog's health. We have gone grain free for all of our dogs and wanted to introduce them to meat but in a healthy, not raw way. They are fed just 1/2 tablespoon mixed with non-grain dry food for small dogs up to 20 pounds at night, larger dogs weighing 45 pounds get 2 tablespoons. The ear problems are gone and my 14 year old standard poodle's joint problems have reduced.

Pros
  • best in niche
Cons
  • almost never

Great alternative if you can't order fresh

I ordered several cases of lamb tripe because one of our dogs has a beef intolerance and I needed an alternative. We also buy reindeer tripe for our dogs. While I'm not a fan of the preservative, that amount isn't enough for me not to buy this product. Our dogs eat whole tripe once a week and I add a small amount to their food several days a week. They love it. This is a great way to hide the taste of medicine or apple cider vinegar. I quickly got used to the smell; especially after smelling…

Be sure to read the ingredient list! Contains carrageenan.

Handy product, good to hand as a dietary supplement. And tripe is a great addition to a dog's diet, and New Zealand meat is considered some of the best in the world. My concern is this: The ingredients listed for Green Lamb Tripe are: Green Lamb Tripe and Green Beef Tripe. with green beef tripe: Ingredients: New Zealand lamb tripe, garlic, vegetable gum, menhaden fish oil, glucosamine, chondroitin. Given the controversy surrounding the safety of carrageenan for dogs (and the fact that it's not…
