I like that it has all the tools you need to run your business effectively. It's easy to navigate and user friendly.The software is great at communicating with our customers too! Sometimes it takes time to learn how everything works but once we do, its just as good or better than any other system out there. There are so many options in this product that it can be overwhelming sometimes. But once you get familiarized with it, its not hard to use. This was my first foray into an ERP/CRM platform. So far I have been really impressed. We were able to automate a lot of processes which made us spend less money.
