Review on HP Cartridge CN684WN Officejet Photosmart by Steve Jones

my printer registered it was a genuine HP product but there was no ink in it. I installed the Clean Cassette feature, reinstalled it, ran it and printed an ink diagnostic and it shows as empty. so it's a divorce. Don't buy here. UPDATE: I called customer service and complained and they sent me a new cartridge even though the 30 day return period had expired. so far it works perfectly. I tried again with the bad one and it still doesn't work. I will still buy directly from HP again; It's not worth the risk to read all the reviews from people who had the same problem. To my knowledge this is sold directly by Revain and not a market vendor. I don't understand why Revain would want to tarnish their reputation by constantly selling junk cartridges to their customers.
