Item arrived on time and as described. As mentioned, it's like opening the box or returning a product. The inner plastic was present but there was evidence that the product had already been opened and/or used. A word to the wise: use caution when docking controllers into a USB charging port. Small Micro USB connectors are easily damaged, so before connecting you need to make sure everything is correct. Overall this is a great product for the price. Go and buy it!
