Shoes shorter/larger than expected - I wear men's size 10.5 or 11, ordered 11, they are definitely wide and my toes clench when using the back strap. They are very light and otherwise comfortable. They were wrapped in plastic, which caused the shoes to deform. No problem, I stuffed the shoes with paper to give them the right shape and left them in the sun for about 2 hours, then let them cool before removing the paper. Now they have the perfect shape and appear much softer.
