Review on Highflyer HR by Mike Swanson
We are a small company and we needed a solution that was easy to use and understand.
My experience has been positive. They are responsive and knowledgeable about the software. They take pride in providing superior service and excellent support. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to find an efficient and user friendly HR system that will help them get more value out of the money they pay. I like how you can create your own custom reports and customize it however you want. And all those functions were available from within one screen (for example, if i wanted to see employees hired since last year or report salaries broken down into different categories).
Pros
- They explain everything clearly and are very professional.
Cons
- You should have to write them yourself
- It's not very customizable and the end result looks like a copy paste from somewhere else
