Judging by the photo, I obviously do not have a bald cat. I bought this because my cat had burns on his back and between his shoulder blades and needed a shirt high enough to cover his neck so he couldn't fumble with the gauze bandage or lick the medicine. All "recovery suits" seemed to sit too low at the neckline. I find shirts much more desirable than Elizabethan collars. My cat is about 10.5 pounds and I bought the XL. It's a bit long for him, but overall it fits great. However, his movements were somewhat restricted by the sleeves, so I cut them off and sewed them together so he was sleeveless. Now he's very happy with it. His gauze shoulder pads are fastened into his turtleneck, and his torso has a gauze bandage that's also fastened to his shirt to prevent him from riding up or down his back. All in all great for my needs. Thought I'd reconsider if anyone is looking for a similar option. I can order a second one as burns take time to heal.
