Review on ValueOne by Michael Custodio

I like that they have all sorts of different services, from consulting/HR management to payroll processing. They also offer great customer service when working with them. There is nothing really bad about this software as far as their products go. It does everything it's supposed to do very well, but there isn't anything out-of-the-ordinary we've found so far. The support staff at V1 has been fantastic through our first year using valueone (and even during previous years). Honestly though, if your organization doesn't already use some sort of HRMS system then don't worry too much - just try what works best for your business needs before making any decisions regarding implementation costs etc. Benefits administration, benefits enrollment, employee self pay transactions.
