Great Data Management Tool; Convenient way to gather and organize info

I like that we can pull information from multiple sources into one place, which is very useful for our organization! It's not great at pulling in data faster than you could do it yourself with Excel/Google Sheets etc., but has been easy enough so far since there are some nice tutorials online if needed (which they have also provided). We've found this tool helps us keep track of inventory better by having everything together rather then tracking things separately or using spreadsheets…

Excellent customer service from start-to finish

I like that Hollingsworth is always looking to improve the way they do things. They're constantly working on new ways to optimize their processes and make the work easier for their customers. Easy to use and gets work completed fast

I like that we have real time visibility into our inventory, which allows us make better decisions about when/where items should be stored or sold (if needed). Sometimes it's difficult for my coworkers in different locations of this organization not all located within one building nor using Skype! It would also help if there was an easier way than emailing back & forth with someone at another branch location who is going through what you've just sent them via e-mail - they will need training…

Pros
  • The ease to work fast because most people don't take advantage while waiting long hourse.
  • Customer support has been excellent over past 5 years working here.they do good job helping me resolve issues immediately after reporting problems online thru website portal..as soon i report issue(s) ,i receive quick response usually same business hours next morning ! Very reliable too!!!:)
