I like that you have different ways how people learn at your workplace - classroom style learning environment vs online education (like watching videos).

You also give out certificates after completion which makes me feel good about my work! Also they help develop skills needed right now within our organization even if we don't do anything related directly there's still something useful learned while working here using this system!! Nothing really disliked either but i would say overall most important thing was having more variety when choosing what classes/courses will be available next quarter so not always stuck doing same stuff over again just because its set schedule time period :) We've been able use many types such as class room type format where everyone stands up together etc., remote access via computers all around office area. Very helpful tool especially during summer vacation months since normally no teaching staff present then too otherwise might end feeling bored =).
